Job Requirement: 1.Maintain client computer, printer and peripheral systems, IP telephones, and VPN. 2.Maintain on-premise server hardware, network devices, and other related devices. 3.Install and implement hardware and software updates and enhancements 4.Ensure equipment inventory is accurate and up to date, and assist with an annual inventory update. 5.Complete the delivery, imaging, installation, set up, configuration and testing of new client computer, printer and peripheral hardware, and software, in accordance with established procedures. 6.Monitor usage of the client computer, printer and peripheral system resources and report any misuse and/or abuse. 7.Maintain an awareness of the latest technology, trends and developments 8.Maintain company CCTV system. 9.Be responsible for site IT security and ISM matters.? 10.Conduct IT orientation/refresh training/IT training to other employees. 11.Liaise with the Oceania IT team, Hussmann US IT support team, as well as the regional Panasonic team. 12.Other tasks assigned by Superior. Qualification: 1.Diploma degree or above, majored in IT related field preferred. 2.3-5years IT Helpdesk related working experience in MNC company. 3.Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese language. 4.Formal computer technology qualifications preferred.
