Job description: You are responsible for continuous development and growth in the China market securing MW’s position on the China market as leading supplier of axial impellers.
You are responsible for leading, developing and training the China sales team.
Gathering market insights on trends and developments.
Develop strategy and execution plan to grow sales in China i.e. new customers acquisition, segment diversification.
Improve sales margin through pricing strategy and product split.
Assist in formulating business development strategies and identifying business development opportunities in China.
Drive the growth of company by generating new business opportunities as well as motivating employees.
You are responsible for securing MWs position as a valued technical and commercial partner, ensuring value creation for our customers.

o MW skills (e.g. Optimiser, BOM, Impeller knowledge
o Professional skills (e.g. communication, business understanding, performance)
o Personal skills (co-operation, self-awareness, flexibility)
o Minimum 10 years of sales experience, especially in industrial products and/or similar sectors (i.e. construction/agriculture equipment, power generation equipment, radiator/engine, refrigeration, ventilation)
o Strong entrepreneurial aptitude, is self-directed and highly motivated
o Hands-on, mature-thinking and has strong communication skills working across cultures
o Commercially savvy with proven track record and demonstrated excellent results in managing sales portfolio and organization.
