What a typical day looks like:
61 Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians on test project management, provide coaching and guidance for a learning organization.
61 Interface with various functions within the organization or customers to review product testing results, issues and potential design and performance problems.
61 Set Functional department KOI, track the performance and formulate initiatives on improvement opportunities.
61 Evaluate and implement new test strategy, test technology, test platform, etc., for new project or existing customer new request. And customer test assets transfer between factories.
61 Establish robust processes on test capacity planning, equipment PM/Cal and management.
61 Identify and build the capability to meet future product and test technology requirement.
61 Actively lead & participate in various Kaizen activities to transform manufacturing operations.


The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 Bachelor’s Degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
61 Minimum 10 years of experiences in EMS Test Engineering related field.
61 Have experience in automotive electronics industry。
61 With at least 2 years in management role.
61 Have experience in automotive industry is preferred.
61 Excellent project management and people management skills.
61 Strong analytical, problem solving & interpersonal skills.
61 Fluent in both English writing and oral skill.
