1.依据公司产品战略要求,主导新产品的目标制定和目标达成情况的监控。 2.组建项目团队并启动项目,制定项目开发计划,将工作包分配给相关团队成员,定期组织项目技术评审会议,跟踪状态,维护未关闭问题清单,将问题和风险升级,直至项目结束。 3.组织产品开发的DVP制定和评审,并跟进及控制DVP实施。 4.监控产品开发过程质量,关键节点的评审控制,对产品开发的关键输出物进行确认。推动新产品问题的分析和改进。 5.对产品开发的PPAP资料进行认可,协助项目组向海外客户提交PPAP,参与海外客户项目的对接,推进海外客户反馈问题的整改。 6.部门安排的其他工作。 1.Based on the company's product strategy requirements, lead the target setting for new products and monitor the achievement of these targets. 2.Form a project team and initiate the project, develop the project development plan, assign work packages to relevant team members, organize regular project technical review meetings, track status, maintain a list of unresolved issues, escalate issues and risks, until the project is completed. 3.Organize the development of the Design Verification Plan (DVP) for the product and conduct reviews, as well as follow up and control the implementation of the DVP. 4.Monitor the quality of the product development process, control reviews at key milestones, and confirm the key outputs of the product development. Drive the analysis and improvement of new product issues. 5.Approve the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) materials for product development, assist the project team in submitting PPAP to overseas customers, participate in the alignment of overseas customer projects, and promote the rectification of feedback issues from overseas customers. 6.Perform other tasks assigned by the department.
