主要任务与职责 Main tasks and responsibilities - Act one of contact person for customers during warranty period, responsible for warranty management by coordination relevant parties and resources including internal and external to solve issues in the warranty process to monitor and ensure the customer satisfaction. 作为项目质保过程中与客户的联系人,通过协调内部及外部相关部门以及资源来解决项目质保期过程中的各种问题,进而监控和确保客户的满意度。 - To communicate with customers and investigate root cause of warranty issues, provide solutions to field service engineers. 协调服务工程师调查所有的质保投诉并提供解决方案给现场服务工程师。 - To keep good records of all warranty claims and identify root cause of problems so this information can be passed to production to eliminate similar claims in the future. 对所有质保投诉做好记录并确认发生该问题的根本原因,以便避免将来类似情况发生。 - To finish tasks assigned by leader. 完成领导安排的其他临时任务。
