职位描述
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the seamless enrollment of new students by meticulously
managing the student information management system (SITS) and collaborating
with various administrative offices to ensure the creation of accurate student
profiles.
2. Oversee and manage student programme selections, changes, and
registration status updates within the SITS and government platforms to
maintain precise and up-to-date student records;
3. Configure the system's computing logic for student progression and
awards, precisely process student progression and awards, and prepare
comprehensive data reports for university committees and relevant stakeholders;
4. Administer the system's marking procedures and relevant settings,
ensuring the maintenance of precise student academic records, including
services for accurate mark input and amendments;
5. Calculate and monitor student scholarships and tuition fees,
collaborating with the Finance Office and other relevant stakeholders to ensure
timely fee updates and payment processing;
6. Coordinate the MoE arranged students' graduation photo sessions and
oversee the production of graduation, degree, and other academic certificates;
7. Manage student identity confirmation procedures in accordance with
Ministry of Education requirements, collaborating with other offices to ensure
compliance;
8. Tailor registration and associated processes to accommodate students
from different project or programmes throughout their learning cycle;
9. Operate the Module Questionnaire system, responsible for data
collection, analysis, questionnaire release, report generation, and addressing
related inquiries;
10. Ensure the efficient operation of the student attendance management
system (AMS) by conducting diligent follow-up and maintenance, while also
providing relevant services to our students and staff;
11. Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Registry leaders,
consistently upholding high-quality standards and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Essential:
1. A Masters' degree with 3 years' relevant experience or a Bachelor's
degree with 5 years' relevant experience;
2. Bi-lingual (English and Chinese) with excellent written and spoken
skills in both languages;
3. Strong logical thinking, data-driven with a high level of accuracy and
attention to details;
4. Proficient skills in Microsoft excel, python and other data processing
tools;
5. A strong commitment to confidentiality in handling large amount of data;
6. Solid communication skills to interact with students, faculty, and staff
in a professional and polite manner;
7. Dedicated to service excellence and collaboration;
8. Excellent teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills;
Desirable:
1. Experience in data and records management;
2. Experience working in a higher education institution;
3. Ability to prioritize and organize duties in an efficient and
detail-focused manner;
4. Enhanced experience in working with AI tools;
5. Experience in writing and editing skills with published articles, like
WeChat articles.
