工作内容: 1. Organize relevant personnel to participate in customer contract review 组织相关人员参与客户合同评审 2. Collect and input new customer information into SAP 新客户信息收集并录入SAP 3. Assist sales to deal with sales business 协助sales处理销售业务工作 4. Customer order review, and then conversion into orders 客户订单评审,评审通过后转化为订单 5. Manage customer orders, such as: create SO, confirm delivery 管理客户的订单,如:创建SO,确认交期。 6. Work with warehouse and logistics teams to execute order delivery and shipping plans 与仓库和物流团队一起执行订单交付和运输计划 7. Organize regular communication meeting with foreign trade parts delivery 定期组织与国外的贸易件交付沟通会 8. Responsible for handling customer complaints and returned products 负责客户抱怨和客退产品的处理 9. Assist Sales, FIN team and customers to complete payment collection 协助Sales、FIN、客户完成回款 10. Assist the accounting department to confirm the monthly Sales amount 协助账务部完成月度Sales金额确认 11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors 完成上级安排的其他工作
岗位要求: 1.More than 4 years of CST related working experience in multinational companies 4年以上跨国公司CST相关工作经验 2.Bachelor degree or above 本科学历及以上 3.Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing 具备一定的英文听说读写能力 4.Good command of office software 能够熟练使用办公软件 5.Have certain data analysis ability 有一定的数据分析能力 6.Under the age of 35 年龄在35周岁以下
