Responsibilities: 1.Talk with customer on details collection of pictures/technical data/functional description to clarify the inquiry 2.Technical support for details of new inquiry during the acquisition phase for service teammate 3.Quotation follow-up and order processing for all service inquiries 4.Collect technical requests and follow-up with customers on technical clarification. 5.Link for internal communications on inquiry between related internal departments/BST Headquarter 6.On-site technical support / service when necessary 7.Coordinate project efforts for Brueckner lines for the after sales market in China 8.Support to identify/promote service sales opportunities 9.As required, participate in market surveys, product strategies and market development activities 10.Participate in trade shows, technical meetings, and conventions / seminars as required 11.Develop and maintain a technical working understanding of product lines and markets including a basic understanding of product manufacturing processes and customer use applications 12.Coordination of marketing activities 13.Coordinate any necessary visits 14.Other assistant job assigned by supervisor Requirements: 1.Technical understanding/working experience on industry machinery 2.Both oral and written English 3.Self-learning and Solution driven 4.Sales driven 5.Open minded 6.Bachelor’s degree, major in Mechanical and Electrical or Mechatronics 7.Experience of Microsoft office and ERP/SAP system operation 8.After sales service background Preferable
