Individual should be capable of both leading teams and teaching others various CI methodologies. Accountable to ensure projects provide defined and measurable savings on time and budget.
61 50% - Work with sites to implement operating discipline principles to provide consistent operations via the use of CI methodologies where appropriate. Provides expertise to define project feasibility and conceptual cost analysis along with input of technical risk. 61 30% - Teach, mentor and lead others in the appropriate use of various continuous improvement methodologies. 61 20% - Technical team representative in project meetings. Uses position to influence data driven decisions and adherence to committed cost and project timelines. Works with team to plan development work and can analyze data to reach conclusions for action. Responsible for the management of projects in his area. 61 Perform other duties as assigned. 61 Position may require up to 50% travel.
