岗位职责：
Process QA:
1.Coordinate for external ASPICE assessments & prepare the team for same
2.Track actions from ASPICE assessments till closure
3.Gather feedback about the processes & improve processes (Update SDP)
4.Plan & perform internal QA audits/assessments
5.Prepare & deploy regular QA Reports to Management to communicate the status of projects from QA point of view
6.Coordinate & Moderate Workgroups - to bring details of proposals to the Process Steering committee and, where needed, act in a leadership role
of the team.
7.Participate in the Process Steering Committee (an approval group to the ideas and proposals generated by the work groups)
8.Define usage and workflow of Change & Configuration Management Systems.
9.Create a common process landscape and show interaction of single processes (ASPICE and e.g. GDPEP, C40…)
Product QA:
1.Develop QA work products
2.Participate in Release reviews
3.Review identified Work products
4.Provide guidelines for project teams for work product reviews
5.Provide training to Engineers where needed on process changes, template updates & new checklists/guidelines (e.g.: ASPICE, Polarion , SDP etc.)
6.Work with Engineering to create checklists for all process areas to improve quality of work-products and processes
7.Ensure project team performs review of other work products
8.Perform analysis of defect trends to identify improvement opportunities
9.Perform regular QA meetings with the project team to evaluate project status and support project team in any escalations

1.开发QA工作产品
2.参与发布审核
3.审查已确定的工作产品
4.为项目团队提供工作产品评审指南
5.根据需要向工程师提供流程变更、模板更新和新检查表/指南方面的培训（例如：ASPICE、Polarion、SDP等）
6.与工程部合作，为所有流程领域创建检查表，以提高工作产品和流程的质量
7.确保项目团队对其他工作成果进行审查
8.对缺陷趋势进行分析，以确定改进机会
9.与项目团队定期举行QA会议，评估项目状态，并在任何升级中支持项目团队

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，软件或计算机科学专业；
2、2年以上软件质量工作经验，对V模型有深入了解，有一定的ASPICE评估经验；
3、熟悉ASPICE。如果也熟悉大众KGAS，它将是加分项；
4、INTAC认证评估员优先；
5、如有ISO26262或ISO21434的相关经验者优先；
6、善于团队合作、跨职能沟通和解决问题的能力；
7、英语口语和书面流利。
