Accurate and timely execution of transactional services defined in the global
product catalogue forinternal customers in accordance with company regulations

Block and unblock invoice;61 锁住、解锁发票付款61 Account clearing - auto and manual;61
清账-自动和手动61 Vendor balance confirmation;61 供应商应付账款余额核对61 Prepare payment list for
internal & external customers;61 为内外部客户准备付款清单61 Cash & Bank processing &
corresponding recon;61 银行存款账户调节61 KPI related report and Audit related report
preparing61 KPI相关报告及审批相关报告的准备61 Strictly follow the standard process (GAS)61
严格遵循标准流程(GAS)61 Daily invoice verification and follow up the open issues61
日常发票校验及问题的追踪解决61 MTO payment/collection checking and related clearings61 MTO
收付款的检查和相关清账61 MTO reconciliation to ensure no difference between MTO accounts
and Finavigate61 为保证MTO账户和Finavigate一致进行MTO账户调节61 Monthly ICC related
reconciliation and reports, ensure to meet the deadlines61 在截止时间点前进行每月的
ICC相关账户调节及制作相关报告61 Follow up the runbook open items61 对runbook上的open item 进行追踪解决61
CITIC coordinator for tax invoice issue61 与scan center 共同协调解决涉税发票的问题61 Tax
invoice reconciliation to ensure no difference between EDI invoices and tax
invoices61 为保证EDI发票和实物增值税发票之间没有差异,进行涉税发票的 recon61 Month end closing61 月度结账61
Customer communication & Clarification61 与内外部客户进行沟通、解决内外部客户的疑问61 Issue resolving

What do I need to qualify for this job?我需要哪些资质?61 Bachelor or comparable
educational background in Accounting or related majors;61 会计或相关专业的学士教育背景61
Accounting-related working experience is preferred;61 会计相关工作经验优先考虑61 ERP system
skills preferred;61 熟悉ERP系统优先考虑61 China Invoice regulation and SOA requirements
understanding are preferred;61 熟悉国内发票管理规定及SOA的优先考虑61 Microsoft office skills
(Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.);61 熟练操作Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel,
Word, PowerPoint etc.)61 Good communication skills and team spirit;61
良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力61 Customer orientation and service attitude;61 具有客户为导向的意识及良好服务态度61
