Roles and Responsibilities:
61 Be responsible for development validation project to ensure business objectives (cost, time, quality) in variant & platform projects & test service.
61 Contact window for internal customer and external customer for test requirement
61 Receive documents and lead the team to analyze customer technical requirements, do feasibility assessment and cost estimation
61 Lead different cross-functional groups in validation center to perform test items for validation projects (Quotation making, test project kick off, resource booking, input coordination, time schedule planning, implementation coordination, project QCD tracking and controlling, customer communication, report delivery etc.)
61 Project contracting with different resources (PM, HW or SW etc.)
61 Coordinate validation team to analyze test problems and report to customer
61 Drive validation team on higher performing of time/cost/quality to keep competitive
61 Build up network with local and oversea customers to drive business growth (China, Hungary, USA, Japan and Germany, India)
61 Lead engineering efficiency or cost efficiency topics from product team
61 Support laboratory digitization process

(e.g. Education, Working Experience / Licence, Knowledge, Skills, Language, Competence, etc)
61 Bachelor’s degree or above for electronic engineering or electrical automation.
61 At least 5 year working experience in automotive industry,
61 High efficiency and responsibility
61 Strong communication skills
61 MS office and SAP
61 Project management
61 Basic knowledge in vehicle or electrical control unit
61 Advanced English in writing and speaking
