Job description:

Major Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse management and inventory control.
- Design and optimize logistics transportation network to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer needs.
- Ensure safety and compliance during logistics transportation, comply with relevant regulations and policies.
- Analyze and evaluate the logistics process, propose improvement suggestions and measures, achieve logistics cost optimization, and improve logistics efficiency.
- Familiar with import and export related processes, relevant rules and experience corresponding to international logistics.
- Responsible for system data maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of system data.
- Responsible for the design and optimization of product packaging and logistics packaging.
- Review and approve all packaging solutions for raw materials etc. submitted by suppliers.
- Basic management work such as department employee recruitment, training, and daily work arrangements.
- Performance management and skill management of department members.
- Work and relationship coordination between relevant departments.

Minor Responsibilities:
- Assistance of the Production Manager concerning environmental affairs
- Other tasks on request

Requirement profile:
Education:
- Bachelor or above, management, logistics are preferred
- Knowledge about standard MS software, MS Excel, Word
- Experience with the use of ERP system, experience with SAP is a plus
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, IATF 16949

Language:
- Fluent in English Has the ability communicate on job related topics

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in logistics field Automotive industry is preferred, western company working experience preferable
