About the job: 61 Support Sales and FAE in responding to quotes and requests for proposals. 61 Support Sales in generating and closing NBOs to ensure we reach our market share and growth goals. 61 Participate in Sales activities, including customer visits, presentations, and other events, as needed. 61 Work with Sales, Engineering, Quality and Operations to ensure the fast response to customer enquiries. 61 Support PM in managing key accounts revenues growing 61 Support PM to manage and improve overall P&L for the product lines including product positioning, pricing strategy, product optimization etc. 61 Work with Sales & Customers to assess future demand forecast, coordinate with plant planning & operation team on the capacity planning and follow up on the execution. 61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and NPD to ensure successful product development and launches. 61 Understand needs, opportunities, and capabilities to create product requirement documentation and integrate into the product development process, e.g. NPP/PPA 61 Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and stay informed about market trends to drive product innovation 61 Participate in the development, maintenance, and execution of Product Roadmaps 61 Support engineering in the development of new products according to the Product Roadmap and company strategy. 61 Work with Sales, Engineering and Marcom to ensure that new products have sufficient product support material, prototypes, early samples and documentation to catch up the opportunities 61 Support and participate in sales release process in a timely manner, e.g. RTM 61 Update competitive landscape data including cross reference and market pricing 61 Assist the development of internal/ external training programs 61 Provide support at tradeshows, technology forums, and other marketing events
About you: 61 6-year Bachelor’s degree preferred; Degree in engineering or quantitative discipline preferred. This job requires a great deal of mathematics, analysis and communications. As a result, formal education in these areas is required. 61 At least 3-year experience in a customer interfacing position 61 Knowledge in circuit protection preferred 61 Experience in Automotive industries preferred 61 Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience preferred 61 Experience dealing with manufacturing operations, customers, sales and distributors 61 Good communication skills: must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and nonverbally in written reports and emails 61 Evidence of good organizational skills with history of handling multiple tasks within a rapid pace environment
