Main Responsibility：

Responsible for leading all manufacturing engineering process including the design and development of the manufacturing processes technology and equipment (feasibility study/definition and validation) to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Productivity targets. Demonstrate and lead open and strong communications within all areas of responsibility to implement best practice process and procedures to improve workshop performance.
负责主导所有生产工程流程，包括生产工艺技术和设备的设计和开发(可行性研究/定义和验证)，以满足安全，质量，成本，交付和生产力目标。在所有职责范围内展示和领导开放和强有力的沟通，以实施优秀的实践过程和程序，提高车间绩效。

1/ Ensure the safety, health, environment is respected during production process.
确保在生产过程中尊重安全，健康和环境。
2/ Design quality-oriented production process to ensure products meet quality standard and customer’s requirement.
设计以质量为导向的生产流程，确保产品符合质量标准和客户的要求。
3/ Drive continuous improvement of production process across the site by new technology introduction and implementation to optimize manufacturing process.
通过新技术的引入和实施，推动生产过程的持续改进，以优化生产过程。
4/ Leads installation of new equipment/facility to ensure compliance with safety and regulations.
领导新设备/设施的安装以确保符合安全和法规。
5/ Tooling and equipment design and development to meeting daily production activity.
工装和设备的设计和开发以满足日常生产活动。
6/ Develop and maintain project plans to ensure milestones are being met：
制定和维护项目计划，确保项目达到里程碑：
-Definition of projects with project plan, goals, purpose, necessary resources.
项目的定义，包括项目计划、目标、目的和必要的资源。
-Setup and update performance indicators of the projects, report progress of the projects.
建立和更新项目绩效指标，报告项目进展情况。
-Involved in design review/prototypes manufacturing and feedback from manufacturing process perspective.
从制造过程的角度参与设计评审/原型制造和反馈。
-Working with local and global team to support NPI to production and launch per schedule.
与本地和全球团队合作，支持新产品的生产和推出。
7/ Deviation analysis from KPI performance for identifying new improvement areas.
对KPI绩效进行偏差分析，以发现新的改进领域。
8/ Ensure accuracy of manufacturing engineering procedures and documentation.
确保制造工程程序和文件的准确性。
9/ Other assigned tasks.
其他分配的任务。
Main Requirement：
岗位要求
1/ Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering.
机械工程专业本科及以上学历
2/ 10 Years or above of related working experience in manufacturing process field in machinery company, experience in Electric/Automation related is must.
10年以上机械制造行业相关工作经验，必须有电气/自动化相关经验
3/ Knowledge with Lean and Quality control methods.
熟悉精益和质量控制方法
4/ Experience in pump manufacturing process is preferred.
有泵制造工艺经验者优先
5/ Self-motivated, hardworking, team player.
上进心强，工作努力，有团队合作精神
6/ Good coordination and communications skills.
良好的协调和沟通能力
7/ Fluent in English and skilled in MS office software, such as AutoCAD.
英语流利，熟练使用AutoCAD等办公软件
8/ Experience in digitalization and ERP system is preferred.
有数字化和ERP系统经验者优先
