Main Responsibility: 1. Receiving customer orders and coordinate internal processing to ensure customer orders’ fulfillment on time. 2. Cross-functional coordination and drive progress to remove the constraints for on time delivery to customer. 3. Regularly review and provide latest customer demand forecast to production and material planning team. 4. Warranty claim components delivery to customer on time. 5. Participate in the regular budget process and provide the requested data. 6. Collect, maintain and report the customer service data/KPIs on regular basis. 7. Reporting and other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Knowledge/Skills: 1. Minimum 2 years related experience in customer service 2. Previous background and experience in the import & export experience is 3. preferred 4. Strong knowledge and experience in Office software, especially, PPT 5. Good oral and written English skill. 6. Bachelor degree or above, with major in foreign trade or related field
