- Do quality management at new product development phase by using APQP, PPAP including P-FMEA, CP, CTQ, QSI, MSA and SPC professionally
- Receive and pass the customer audit and finish follow-up action
- Communicate the customer to define the CTQ / quality spec clearly, and support to optimze the product performance accordingly in development phase
- Manage the quality of AF new production process and products
- Bachelor degree or above, mechanical, materials, engineering related majors
- Over 3 years’ working experience in quality management
- Knowledge of APQP, QMS
- Basic finance knowledge, CR knowledge and PMP knowledge
- Good command English skill and good Microsoft Office skill
