Major Accountabilities: 1. Ensure the annual sales revenue and PTP. 2. Lead new inquires and won new business with existing customers or new potential prospects. 3. Build up good relationship at customer side (mainly on purchasing and R&D department). 4. Analyze market for future needs and growth opportunities. 5. Responsible for promoting strategy products. 6. Train and assist Sales Engineer to realize annual sales target. 7. Daily problem solving in a can-do attitude to assure customer satisfaction
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above with science and engineering related background. 2. Good at both written and spoken English, at least CET 4 or above. 3. More than 5 years’ experience of Sales or Field application in Passenger Car & Transportation Industry. Experience in maintaining key OEMs is a plus. 4. Strong communication skills and inter-customer relationship processing ability. 5. Self-management and self-motivation with a strong sense of learning new product and industry knowledge. 6. Customer and result oriented. 7. Good office skills, word, excel and PPT etc.
