1. 根据公司的客户开发流程积极主动与客户进行沟通,寻找和识别新客户开发的商机,赢取新订单;According to new customer develop process of company, communicate with customer positively to find new potential opportunities and win more new orders. 2. 根据公司的销售目标,制定所负责区域销售的年度销售计划,拜访计划实现销售目标并及时提交出差报告;According to company sales target, prepare individual yearly sales planning, customer visit plan to meet company target and submit call report timely. 3. 按照公司项目管理流程,接受客户的售前技术及商业咨询、接受新订单处理客户投诉;Provide good service to customer for their enquiries, technical & commercial questions/requirements,receive new orders and handle customer complaints 4. 协同技术、生产、后勤部门或与兄弟公司合作,及时处理客户问题;Co-ordinate with technical, production, logistic departments, or sister companies to find good solutions in time; 5. 调研所负责产品或区域的市场信息,收集竞争对手信息协助市场部完成市场分析报告; investigate accountable areal and product market information, collect competitor information to assist market report completed 6. 出货后的跟踪以确保公司应收账款及时无拖欠; Track the delivery and make sure customer Account Receivable on time 7. 负责制订本区域(如江苏)市场开拓、新产品推广,并组织实施; Responsible for market developing in individual area (such as Jiangsu), promoting and implementing new products. 8. 及时有效完成上级领导交待的其它任务;Complete the tasks efficiently assigned by the line leader.
Requirements: - 本科及以上学历 Bachelor or above - 电子工程、机械工程、芯片、材料、机电、化工等相关专业 Major in Electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, chips, material, mechanics, electrics, chemistry etc. - 3年或以上工业客户销售背景或有同行业销售或技术相关经验优先 3 year or above of sales/marketing experience in industry, or same industry, related technical experience is preferred. - 机电相关知识能看懂产品图纸;Basic technical knowledge in mechanics or electrics and understand product drawing
Desirable: - 有跨国企业类似工作经验 Have similar experience in multinational company - 有汽车零配件工作经验,熟悉本土OEM 厂商 Have experience in Automobile parts and know well about local OEM factory
