Responsibilities:
Support European plant in developing suppliers in Asia. Work closely with European colleagues and local procurement teams to truly achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase through project implementation.
支持欧洲工厂在亚洲开发供应商。和欧洲同事、本地采购团队紧密合作，通过落地项目真正实现降本增效。
1. Closely work with sourcing colleague of European plant to define potential projects which can reduce costs.
和欧洲采购同事紧密合作，来识别潜在的能够降本的项目。
2. Closely work with local sourcing team to reach a consensus on the Asian supply chain strategy.
和本地的采购团队紧密合作，对于亚洲供应链策略达成共识。
3. Manage the RFQ from European plant to the AVL supplier or new supplier if necessary, price analysis and negotiation.
负责欧洲工厂的询价，价格分析以及谈判。
4. Closely work with European plant and local supplier to manage the saving project to be launched without risk.
和欧洲工厂以及供应商紧密合作，对于识别的降价项目做到无风险的管控。
5. Resolving vendor disputes and any commodity-related issues.
解决供应商纠纷和任何与商品相关的问题。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Engineering related background.
本科学历或以上，机械专业或者其他理工科专业。
2. Over 5 years’ purchasing experiences in mechanical parts and supplier development experience.
5年以上机构件采购经验，本地供应商开发经验。
3. Project management skill will be a preferred.
有项目管理技能者优先。
4. Good English communication skill.
良好的英语沟通能力。
5. Strong ability of strategic thinking and data analysis. Work under pressure.
较强的战略思维能力、数据分析能力；抗压能力强。
