1. Kaercher PEOPLE Business Partner is one-stop contact and will serve and translate all requirements (like recruitment management, projects, policies, trainings etc.) into the other PEOPLE functions 卡赫人力资源业务伙伴将成为一站式联系人,负责将所有需求(如招聘、项目、政策、培训等)传达给其他人力资源部门职能人员
2. Communicates with functional leaders about new policies, guidelines and frameworks 与职能部门领导就新政策、指导方针和框架进行沟通
3. Responsible for PEOPLE project implementations and realizations for their entity; represents the entity requirements within the People Team 人力资源部的项目实施和实现
4. Jointly identifies with functional leaders improvements and steers them into the People Team 利用人力资源相关的知识和业务基础协助各部门领导和同事积极改进
5. Ensures relevant polices and documents (e.g. JDs) are maintained 完善人力资源部的政策和文件
6. Supports audits, trainings etc. 支持审核和培训等相关工作
任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above in human resource management, organizational behavior, labor relations or related field 具备本科或以上学历,专业可以是人力资源管理、组织行为学、劳动关系或相关领域
2. Business understanding and business insight: Understand the operations and needs of business units, have business sensitivity and insight, and be able to align PEOPLE strategy with business objectives 业务理解和商业洞察力:了解业务部门的运作和需求,具备商业敏感度和洞察力,能够将人力资源策略与业务目标相结合
3. Communication and coordination skills: Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and cooperate effectively with business units and employees to provide effective human resources support 沟通和协调能力:良好的沟通和协调能力,能够与业务部门和员工进行有效的沟通和合作,以提供有效的人力资源支持
