Daily work 1. Quantify customer specific needs and track the actual result. 2. Communicate with Commercial team and customer’s quotation requirement. 3. Sign contract with customer and contract management, establish customer files. 4. Deal with quotation, PO and billing requisition; 5. Work with related teams to ensure meet customer’s requirement. 6. Collect marketing information and confirm customer status regularly. 7. Customer visit reception, product introduction, intention registration, customer follow-up, etc. 8. Response for Customer production behavior of the whole team - Customer FCST - BCR - Customer Work order - Raw material status regular updates & review - Finished goods shipment arrangements - Customer inventory check arrangement - etc. 9. Participate in the formulation of CE department objectives 10. Regularly review the revenue and customer status of the whole team, and be responsible for the revenue target of the whole team 11. Responsible for filing the customer information of the whole team 12. Lead & help the team members to meet customer requirements 13. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. 14. Work with Customer/Finance team to balance the capacity to meet different customers’ requirement. 15. Data analysis to support customer capacity planning. 16. -Education: Bachelor Degree and above. -Language: Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin. -Experience: At least 5~8 years’ work experience in sales in manufacturing industrial. 1. Experience in customer support. 2. Independent, resourceful and takes initiative. 3. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English, good presentation skills. 4. Office (PPT, Excel), system (SAP, OA) skill. -Functional Competency: 1. Strong data analysis ability. 2. Able to work independently with functional required. 3. Project management knowledge. 4.
