Primary Position Responsibilities:
1.Approve product and process design is in accordance with Lean indicators and site capability.
2.Check integrity of Launch List Data.
3.Do and Review PFMEA analysis and regular review.
4.Evaluate the SMT new product introduction process.
5.Check new product stencil, block, fixture, package tray design and verify, PCBA testing method evaluation.
6.New PCBA Open issue tracking.
7.New PCBA SMT UPH maintenance and improvement.
8.Regular meeting for new product issue tracking and summary report.
9.The new product was successfully transferred to manufacturing and mass production.
10.Support for customer line aduit and improvement.
11.New product PFMEA,Flow chart , Assembly Drawing and so on...
12.Communication and planning of PTR production scheduling。
13.Sales parts, transfer parts production.。
14.ECO ECN process.
15.Mentor/E-FLOW/SAP system maintenance。
16.Continuous improvement for quality, efficiency, cost saving and so on。
17. New project kick off and CQR Support.。
18.Perform other tasks assigned by superior.
工作职责：

6.新PCBA开放问题跟踪。
7.新PCBA SMT UPH的维护和改进。
8.新产品问题跟踪和总结报告例会。
9.新产品已成功投入生产和批量生产。
10.支持客户线调整和改进。
11.新产品PFMEA、流程图、装配图等。。。
12.PTR生产调度的沟通和规划
13.销售零件、转移零件生产
14.ECO ECN流程。
15.Mentor/E-FLOW/SAP系统维护
16.持续改进质量、效率、节约成本等
17.新项目启动和CQR支持
18.执行上级交办的其他任务。

Experience and Skills Requirements (may also attach a job description)
1.Familiar with SMT Process.
2.Familiar with IPC610/TS16949/VDA6.3.
3.Minimum 3 years experience in automotive electronics.
4.Project Management Skill.
5.Good written and communication skill in both English and chinese.
6.Good computer skill, Microsoft office.
7. Accept overseas business trips
