工作要求：
大专或本科以上学历，制冷、暖通类、热能工程、机电等相关理工科专业，3年以上相关经验优先考虑；
良好的沟通能力和人际协调能力，工作积极主动、认真细心、责任感强；
掌握机械识图能力；
具备较强的分析、解决问题的能力；
英语能力优秀者优先；
能够熟练使用一种流体分析软件者优先；
有相关工程机械制造技术和通风散热、暖通系统设计、应用和制造技术背景者优先；
College degree or above, major in refrigeration, HVAC, thermal engineering，electromechanical engineering and other related science and engineering, more than 3 years related experience is preferred;
Good communication skills and interpersonal coordination skills, work initiative, careful, strong sense of responsibility;
Can read and make mechanical drawing.
Strong ability of analytical and problem solving；
Good English skills is preferred.
Aerodynamics background is preferred;
Experience in design, application and manufacturing of construction machine or ventilation and radiator, HVAC system is preferred.

协助客户选择合适的产品型号；
及时解决客户提出的问题；
不断向客户推广我们的产品技术,加强公司的市场竞争能力；
协助区域销售人员提供售前技术服务，协助开发市场；
定期拜访客户，充分了解客户实际需要，现场解决问题；
建立并拓展公司产品的应用能力范围
建立维护公司产品测试系统；
建立客户技术文档并及时更新；
Support customers to select optimum MW impellers；
Provide solutions to the troubleshooting from customers in time；
Continuously promote new solutions to customer to enhance the competitive capability of company in market.
Develop new market by working with field sales for potential customers；
Technical meeting with customers in regular to know their exact requirements, solve problems on site；
Builds up relevant application competence in the team；
Setup test facility；
Set up technical database and update in time；
