一、Job Summary/Purposes & Objectives 职务概况/目的与目标：
1、负责注塑模具设计和评审, 确保新模具能按照预定的效率生产。
Be responsible for mold design & evaluation, ensure that the new mold can be produced according to the predetermined efficiency.
2、提供技术支持和建议给其它部门
Provide the relevant technical suggestions for the other departments.
3、为新产品提供DFM和技术可行性分析
Prepare DFM and technical feasibility analysis for new products.
4、为客户和供应商在新产品开发过程中提供技术支持。
New products technical supporting for customers and suppliers during development.
二、Main Responsibilities & Tasks主要职责与任务：
1、参与新项目，负责注塑模具设计和评审，提供模具专业技术支持；
As a team member of new project development, be responsible for new mold design & evaluation, provide technical supporting.
2、分析研究客户产品和图纸，在产品开发阶段做DFM报告技术可行性分析报告。评估客户设计变更的可行性，以及对现有模具和生产线的影响；
Analysis customers’ new products and drawing, provide DFM & feasibility study at the initial of new projects. Evaluate feasibility of customers’ design changing, how affect the existing mold and production line.
3、主导模具设计评审会，跟踪管控模具设计进度表；
In charge of new mold design evaluation meeting, tracking and controlling mold design time schedule & progress updating.
4、试模过程中的问题记录，改善方法的检讨和记录，模具图纸的更新。
Record all findings and all actions during new mold trial run, update new mold design.
三、Job Requirements & Competencies 职务要求与胜任条件
Education & Professional Experience 教育背景和职业经验：
1、本科以上学历, 机械工程或模具设计与制造专业
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or mold design and manufacturing.
2、5年以上塑模设计经验。
More than 5 years’ experience in mold design.
3、优秀的英文沟通和书写能力
Excellent English communication and written skills.
4、熟悉ISO9001/TS16949体系, 熟悉APQP/PPAP程序相关的要求。
Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949 system, familiar with APQP/PPAP program related requirements.
Essential Training/Professional Skills 主要专业知识和技能：
1、熟练使用设计软件（UG /CAD/Moldflow）；
Skilled use of design software UG /CAD/Moldflow.
2、熟练解读和审核模流分析报告；
Proficient in interpreting and reviewing mold flow analysis reports.
3、精通模具结构，熟悉机械加工工艺;
Proficient in mold structure, familiar with manufacturing process.
4、能独立进行技术类问题的研究、改善和沟通协调工作。
Able to independently research, improve and communicate and coordinate on technical problems.
5、有电动汽车注塑件，或者与母排类产品注塑绝缘相关的产品经验；
Experience in electric vehicle injection molding products, or injection molding insulation related products for busbar.
6、有项目管理经验；
Project management experience.
7、主动性和创新性，持久的业务保密意识；
Initiatives and creativity, Professional confidentiality all the time
