We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative professional with exceptional knowledge of Epicor products to join our team. As an Epicor System Support and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and continually optimizing our Epicor ERP system to meet the manufacturing business needs of our global factories. You will collaborate with the team to solve problems and contribute to the success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's Epicor ERP system to ensure efficient and stable operation.
Assist users in resolving issues related to the Epicor system, providing technical support and training.
Undertake custom development of the Epicor system to meet specific business requirements.
Understand and analyze manufacturing production processes to ensure the optimal configuration and performance of the Epicor system.
Participate in project teams to assist in the implementation of new Epicor system features and improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of system operations.
Requirements:
Proficient in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for effective communication with an international team.
Thorough understanding of manufacturing production processes and the ability to integrate the Epicor system with the company's manufacturing workflows.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills to collaborate with various departments and address issues.
Ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve.
Additional Requirements for Global Factory Implementation:
Ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful Epicor implementations in various factory locations worldwide.
