PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) - Contract review and customer order required delivery date confirmation. - Manage purchasing plan and update SAP system on time - Issue POs in SAP in time and send approved POs to vendors - Monitor keys vendors delivery performance, and weekly update demand change (pull in or push out) to vendors - Work closely with vendors especially with poor delivery performance to ensure on time delivery - Maintain SAP master data in PP module as key user - Control inventory includes raw material、semi-finished goods and finished goods to meet KPI requirement - Update relevant report, such as missing parts / OTD / Past due /WIP / On time release / BTS - Other tasks assignment by team leader EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor degree - At least 2 year experiences in Material planning or supply management CERTIFICATION/OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Familiar with SAP system – PP module or other ERP system - Good spoken and written skill in both Chinese and English - Data analytic skills - Proficient in MS Office, excel and word - Experience working with material planning, distribution planning, supplier relations is an advantage
