主要职责Main Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for company QM system build up, and implementation of company procedures, processes, and guidelines, incl documentation;
负责公司质量管理体系的建立，并实施公司程序、流程和指南，包括文件;
2. Continuously improve company quality management;
持续改进公司质量管理;
3. Develop and maintain the GETEC Quality Manual;
开发和维护GETEC质量手册;
4. Organizing internal audits according to IATF, ISO 14001, CNAS (ISO17025)standard, plus other means of checking that company procedures, processes, and guidelines are followed;
根据IATF 、CNAS（ISO17025）、ISO14001标准,组织内部审核，以及具备其他检查是否遵守公司程序、流程和指南的方法;
5. Leading external audit and ensure that all required IATF, ISO 14001 and CNAS certifications are achieved;
主导外部审核，确保达到IATF、ISO 14001、CNAS要求，并通过外部认证审核;
6. Continuously tracking legislation for any change of requirement related to GETEC working processes, incl environmental and safety issues;
持续跟踪与GETEC工作流程相关的法规变化，包括环境和安全问题;
7. Organizing the QMS training regularly or when necessary.
定期组织质量体系方面的培训
8. Be responsible for documents control includes QMS and technical documents;
负责体系文件和技术文件的受控管理;
9. Other tasks that assigned by superior.
上级交代的其他工作。




任职资格Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering;
本科或以上学历，工程专业;
2. At least 3 years’ related working experience;
3年以上相关工作经验;
3. Experience in the quality tools PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC,8D;
具备质量工具PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC,8D的经验;
4. Family with ISO9001, ISO14001 and CNAS, TS16949 plus;
具备ISO9001, ISO14001, CNAS, TS16949等认证;
5. Experienced in using Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
熟练使用微软办公软件（Outlook、Word、Excel、PPT）;
6. Good team playing skills with open mind and confidence to have open discussions;
良好的团队协作能力，乐观开朗，善于进行公开讨论;
7. Good organization and coordinate skill;
良好的组织协调能力;
8. Good in oral and written English.
良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
