GENERAL DESCRIPTION

89 Responsible for running and monitoring multiple power tools development projects.
89 Responsible in ensuring that development process are strictly followed and projects delivered on time.
89 Making sure all project stakeholders are clear on the goals need to be achieved and what need to be accomplished, through effective communication.
89 Ensuring that the development tasks are on schedule and each milestone can be achieved on time.
89 Keeping constant communication open with internal teams, including UK buying team, technology team, QA/QC and Supply Chain team, as well as vendors and factories.
89 Day-to-day communication with all the parties in different locations to finds and remove roadblocks
89 Informing UK buying team and stakeholders about progress and potential risk.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

- 5+ years experienced in project management
- Solid product knowledge and manufacturing experience of all kinds of power tools
- Professional English skills (Written and Speaking)
- Open minded, be able to provide and obtain feedback to team and clients
- Excellent Leadership and communication skills
- Be able to travel occasionally
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree or above
