New project mechanical design
1.CAD support for project team and OEM suppliers
2.Professionally design and develop innovative design solutions and products in a fast-paced team environment
3.To propose design solutions for the given task according to the given specification.
4.Generate part specifications, including detailed drawings and specifications.
Communicates with customers.
Person Specifications
1.BS in Mechanical Engineering
2.Around 3 years’ related working experience on new product design, preferably in vacuum cleaner field
3.Excellent Creo 3D CAD proficiency
4.Familiar with top-down design, Able to complete complex surface modeling independently
5.Good understanding of new product development process.
6.Good understanding of international safety standards and agency approvals on small appliances.
7.Design experience in multiple processes such as: plastic injection molding, die-casting, sheet metal, machining processes, and assembly processes.
8.Familiar with the mold structure of plastic mold and metal mold, familiar with the characteristics of plastic materials, product surface treatment process
9.Good knowledge of Design processes, including DFME, FEA, DFM etc.
Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team environment is essential
10.Professionally design and develop innovative design solutions and products in a fast-paced team environment.
11.English writing and reading is essential, fluent English speaking is an advantage
12.Limited travel
