Job Overview 职位概述： Finance Officer shall be responsible for strictly follow the global and local finance policy, to process payment and generate expenditure and revenue report in accuracy, and provide financial advice to other departments 财务专员须严格遵守SKEMA全球及中国当地财务政策及制度，按规定时间处理付款, 出具支出和收入财务分析报表，并给需要的业务部门提供财务建议。 - In charge of the receipt and payment, check, bank cash flow, online bank transfer, advance and reimburse and other cashier work. 负责货币资金业务的收支、核对，银行现金往来，网银转账，预支，报销等出纳工作。 - Revenue/Refund Assurance 收款 、退款的确认 - Conduct timely expenditure and revenue report 每月制作支出/收入报表 - Responsible for tax filing, responsible for CIT annual filing 每月及时报税，进行年度税务申报 - Liaise with client, bank, tax, audit and other departments to ensure the compliance 与客户，银行，审计及相关部门联络，确保合规性 - Create intercompany invoices according to the business needs 根据业务需要建立公司之间的发票 - Provide financial advice to other departments 给其他部门提供财务建议 - Make a financial spreadsheet for every school project and follow up its budget and expenses 为每一个学校运营中的项目建立财务报表并追踪好他们的预算与开支。 - Monitor inventory at regular basis 定期盘点 - Fixed assets management 固定资产管理 - Arrange the annual audit and be responsible for unified annual checking 负责年度审计的安排和协调，负责年度的年检工作 - Provide training to new staff regarding financial policy and update financial or tax policy to staff 对每位新员工进行财务制度的培训，如出现新的财务政策或者税务制度，及时对同事更新相关知识或政策 - Provide financial advice and support to local or global project and issue financial data analysis report 对当地或全球项目提供财务方面的建议与支持, 出具财务分析报表 - Optimize the finance policy and improve the working efficiency 优化财务政策，提高工作效率 - Other tasks may be assigned 其他可能被要求的任务 Requirement要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above, Accounting, audit or Financial major, with overseas educational background is preferrable 本科或以上学历，会计、审计或金融专业, 有海外留学背景者则更佳 2. At least three years of working experience in Cashier and overseas payment, knowledge and capability in financial data analysis and preferable in a multi-national company finance department, is preferable. 至少3年财务在跨国公司任职的财务出纳及境外付款经验, 具备财务数据分析能力。 3. Excellent English, speak fluently and good writing skills 优秀的英文，听说读写兼能流利运用 4. Familiarity with standard computer skills, proficiency in Excel and financial software (Kingdee). 熟悉常用的电脑技能，熟练运用Excel与财务软件（金蝶系统） 5.
