主要职责
1、 收集并记录软件/硬件需求； Collect and record SW/HW requirement.
2、分析硬件/软件需求并在团队中进行讨论； Analyze HW/SW requirements and discuss them in the team.
3、 定义硬件/软件的技术要求； Defining technical requirements for HW/SW.
4、组织和促进对硬件/软件需求的审查； Organize and facilitate the review of HW/SW requirements.
5、通过创建硬件/软件概念和定义硬件/软件功能/特性，为采购阶段提供支持； Support the acquisition phase by creating HW/SW concepts and definition of HW/SW functions/characteristics.
6、确保系统要求与硬件/软件要求之间的可追溯性； Ensure traceability between system requirements and HW/SW requirements.
7、维护硬件/软件需求数据库； Maintain HW/SW requirements database.
8、负责领域的可追溯性； Traceability in the responsible domain.
9、支持系统集成，协调并管理合作伙伴和供应商； Support system integration ,coordinate and manage partners and suppliers.
10、与客户进行技术交流，并与欧盟团队进行交流； Interface with customer for technical communication, and interface wit EU team.
11、支持领导沟通会议和文件; Support leadership communication meetings and documents. 12、参与 VAVE02活动并解决问题。 involve the VAVE activities and problem solving.

任职要求：
1、电气或电子工程或相关专业，本科或以上学历； Bachelor of Science in Electrical &Electronics Engineering, or related field.
2、至少 302年（502年优先）工业系统工程经验； Minimum 3 years(5 years preferred)system engineering experience in industry.
3、对软件、软件开发和电子硬件有深入的了解； In-depth knowledge of software, software development and electronic hardware.
4、逻辑思维清晰，注重细节； logical mindset and detail focused.
5、可作为团队合作的沟通协调者； Team members and communicators.
6、良好的表达能力和英语口语能力。 good presentation skills and oral English.
7、熟悉 MS Office（Word、Excel、Power-Point） Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point).
