Tasks & Responsibilities: 1. Develop concepts for End of Line test benches in close cooperation with our lead plants and central functions. 2. Develop and design complete test benches, testing fixture and other related equipment with local and international machine suppliers. 3. Analyse and investigate test data, optimize testing process and equipment. 4. Analyse and implement testing ECO. 5. Setup, organize and support periodic calibration and maintenance for the related equipment. 6. Perform trainings for new employees to operate the concerned equipment in daily operations . 7. Support troubleshooting process and find root causes of testing and equipment failures. 8. Create test sequences and processes. 9. Perform the commissioning and setup of the equipment at the machine supplier’s location and our KB facility in cooperation with other corporate functions and the lead plant. 10. Create and update Work instructions for the related equipment. 11. Collaborate closely with machine suppliers, R&D, lead plant and central functions during setup and commissioning of the equipment and the implementation of new variants and other changes. Requirements: 1. Good knowledge of electronics & pneumatics 2. Good knowledge of measurement tools and data recording tools 3. Experienced in testing standard setup and measurement technology 4. Experience in automation 5. Experience in building custom made testing machines 6. Familiar with CAN matrix & diagnosis, SAE-J1939, ISO-11898, ISO-15765, ISO-14229 7. Skilled at using vector tools: Canalyzer/CANoe/CANape. Compile scripts, add points 8. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the area of End of Line test benches for vehicle ECU or other electronics parts. 9. Bachelor or above degree. 10. Mechanical Manufacture and Automation/Mechatronic Engineering/Intelligent detection and control Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Detection Technology and Automatic Equipment.
