Principle activities : 84 Participate in deriving the need of optimization with regards to existing processes out of the functional and/or divisional strategy in P Governance. 84 Make divisional, functional and cross-segment process analyses and process optimization within P Process Governance 84 Compile decision templates with the interfaces for process analysis and optimization in connection with the affected IT applications. 84 Set up and carry out process-related workshops with the affected divisions 84 Participate in agreeing with, verifying and compiling system requirements (profiles, requirement specifications) out of specified or re-defined requirements for the IT function. 84 Make tests/inspections of each of the system optimizations with the participating divisional areas 84 Manage smaller process optimization processes out of the Purchasing function with responsibility for the development status, deadlines and costs and monitor the appropriate activities. 84 Participate in the transfer of knowledge of changed processes and changes in the systems 84 Provide support in planning and carrying out training/qualification concepts (train the trainer, key-user training courses). 84 Participate in expanding know-how with regards to best practice approaches by exchanging information with internal and external cooperation partners and/or process/system experts of other departments 84 Participate and implement the relevant processes and visualization of all the relevant interfaces between the internal departments and suppliers for contract management tasks in Global Purchasing Job Requirements: 84 5-10 years preferably in the automobile industry, in the purchasing process or IT management 84 Fluent English 84 Good Comprehensive/process-oriented way of thinking 84 Problem analysis methods to work out alternative solutions 84 Very good communication skills (presentation methods) 84 Goal oriented 84 High degree of internal customer orientation 84 Rational and emotional persuasive 84 Good intercultural competence
