Main Job Responsibilities: 1. Take responsibility for the mechanical section . Support maintenance team to keep production running smoothly. 2. Initiate and review production line equipment PM work orders and PM schedules within the area of responsibility, and monitor/instruct PM implementation 3. Perform equipment/components failure analysis, and modify/optimize the design & running of equipment for process improvement or cost saving. 4. Initiate and review the PM schedule and PM description for new installed equipment 5. Support and assist technician’s repair activity 6. Perform Lean project to improve production process 7.Evaluate and collect vendor sources for equipment components, and maintain reasonable spare part inventory. 8. Tracking PR/PO process, responsible for spare parts or machine acceptance 9.Perform the assignments by Facility Manager. 10. Implement E&HS rules in the maintenance
Requirements: 1. University graduate or above; 2. With at least 3 years’ Maintenance working experience, especially in auto line or/and automatic equipment design. 3. Familiar CAD, Pneumatic and hydraulic control system repair
