Roles & Responsibilities * Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives * Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals and identify people-related opportunities and challenges * Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent * Implement and continuously optimize HR policies, system and process to help improving organization efficiency and employee’s experience * Track critical HR data, produce regular metrics and report on HR regular activities; and make recommendations for improvement * Deal with employee relationship issues and manage disciplinary actions * Coordinate with other HR teams to ensure consistent delivery of HR services * Other tasks assigned by line managerQualifications * Bachelor’s degree and above, major in human resources or related field. * At least 5 years’ professional experience in overall HR function * Strong communication, negotiation and consultative skills to engage, influence and build trust-worthy relationships with business leaders * Extensive HR knowledge and skills, experience of planning and executing HR projects of varying size and complexity * Comfortable using HR software and data analysis tools * Result-oriented with a high level of working efficiency in a fast-paced environment * Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
