Responsibilities
工作职责 :
1. Execute monthly interim cost change for China 5 plants, include RM, SFG, FG
2. Follow the interim cost change policy and submit interim cost change report on time
3. Understand part cost structure in CER (Capital Expense Request) and explain the variance with mass production standard cost
4. Align standard cost changes with PJM/CTL (people who is in charge of new projects) and highlight cost improvement area
5. Facilitate continuous enhancements to the cost release process
6. Involve in annual recost master data clearance and yearly cost rate updates for each product line
7. Complete other task assigned by manager

岗位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree and above, major in accounting or finance
2.At least 1 year experience in manufacturing plant
3.Familiar with costing of manufacturing, experience with SAP CO module is preferred
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills
5.Strong will to learn and self-development
6.Fluent English, both in written and oral
