Senior Scientist is responsible for supporting laboratory activities related to small molecule analytical method development, method validation, method troubleshooting, analytical data review and reference standard certifications. The Scientist will develop and execute analytical methods, interpret data supporting the characterization of payloads and drug-linkers. The role will require problem solving, working within project timelines. Experience in ADC and drug-linker development highly desirable but not an absolute requirement.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, optimize analytical methods for payloads (small molecule drugs or related intermediates) and drug-linkers (or related intermediates).
2. Be the technical expert on chromatography instrumentation, and guide troubleshoot of experiments.
3. Author internal method procedures, SOP, study protocols, and reports.
4. Work on multiple tasks concurrently including sample testing and method validation experiments in a timely and appropriate manner.
5. Assist supervisor in daily laboratory management.
6. Perform routine maintenance of laboratory instruments such as LCMS, HPLC, pre-HPLC, etc.
7. Assist organic synthesis staff in the optimization of product purification.
8. Assist in the review of IND documents (not required but a plus).
9. Assist in the conjugation to prepare ADCs at small-scale (not required but a plus).
10. Participate in communication and coordination with external CRO or CDMO companies.
11. Achieve other tasks assigned by Superiors.

Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree holder or above in life science and technology major, analytical chemistry major, organic chemistry major, pharmacy major.
2. Working experience：6 years (Master's), 3 years (Doctoral degree) of relevant post-qualification experience in life science and technology major, analytical chemistry Major, pharmacy major.
3. Experience working in analytical method development of drug-linkers is preferred.
4. Experience working in organic synthesis and purification is preferred.
5. Skilled use of various analytical instruments, such as LCMS/pre-HPLC/GC/HPLC/UPLC/CE/KF/UV/CAD, etc.
6. Have a strong sense of responsibility, careful and serious, have a good team spirit.
7. Excellent communication capability, fluency is English a plus.
