岗位职责Job Responsibilities: 1.跟踪大客户领域,研究新客户,以开发新的业务机会。 Follow the key accounts area of expertise and research new customers, in order to develop new business opportunities. 2.管理当前客户的价格和产品。 Manage the current customers on price & products. 3.按客户/业务部门建立年度预算和预测,并通过确保数量、价格和fill fee来实现目标。 Build up yearly budget & forecasts by customer / by BU and achieve goals by ensuring volumes, prices and fill fee. 4.与客户协商供应商框架协议和保密协议。 Negotiate Supplier Framework Agreement&Non-Disclosure Agreement with customers. 5.与客户开发和市场一起定义进一步的简要。 Define the farther brief with Account Development Marketing together. 6.更新相应的BPR&RPR系统。 Update BPR&RPR System accordingly. 7.定期拜访客户,保持良好的关系,争取更多业务合作。 Regular visit to customers to keep good relations for more business cooperation. 8.提供市场价格。 Provide marketing prices. 9.准备与客户会面,选择产品,了解成本/价格。 Prepare meeting customers with related marketing, an idea of cost/ price. 10.对于有能力的客户,跟踪管控每个项目,以实现产品开发,之后由市场运营跟进。 For customers of competence, will monitor each project in order to realize product development which will later be followed by Operational Marketing. 11.编制其负责客户的预算和滚动预算。 Preparation of budget and rolling budget for the responsible accounts. 12.协调商务团队。 Coordinate the Commercial Business Team. 13.上级交办的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by superior.
任职要求Qualifications 1.本科或以上学历。 Bachelors degree or above. 2.多国语言技能。 Multi-national language skills. 3.良好的沟通和人际交往能力,热情和能力发展和维护与客户的有效业务关系。 Good communication and interpersonal skills, passion and ability to develop and maintain effective business relationship with customers.
