1 执行公司的检验程序，并完成相应的品质记录，对进料/出货品质进行把关
Implement inspection procedures, finish the related quality records and control the shipping products’ quality
2 负责公司的样品检验，并写出相应的品质报表
Responsible for company’s sample inspection and write corresponding quality report
3 依据标准对出货产品的包装、标示、箱卡、规格、数量、重量等出货信息进行确认
Confirm the shipping products’ information such as packing, marking, box cards, specification, quantity and weight
4 发现不良，进行围堵，填写不合格品单(NCR)，并及时跟进不良
Find and keep defective products, fill out NCR, and follow up in time
5 对于返工、全检后的原材料/产品进行再次品质确认
Reconfirm the quality of material/products that have been reworked and full checked
6 协助紧急放行，对特采产品进行登记记录，以便追溯
Support to Emergency release, recording special purchased products for tracing
7 协助QE的客户投诉，对仓存品抽检，并针对性的加严检验标准
Assist QE to deal with customer complaints, make sampling inspection for products in warehouse, and tightened the inspection standards with pertinence
8 协助QA或其他部门进行产品的先期导入工作，参与PPAP等数据的收集工作
Assist QA or other departments with products advance into work, participate the PPAP etc. data collection work
9 对材料/产品质量问题同相关人员进行交流及反馈
Communicate with related department for the material and products’ quality issue and give feedback
10 完成上级交办的与工作相关的任务
Finish other tasks assigned by superior that related to work.

岗位要求：
- 高中(含)以上学历或中专(含)以上学历。High school graduates, secondary education or above.
- 一年以上INSPECTION工作经验。More than 1 year work experience in inspection.
- 较强的识图能力。Be good at understanding drawing
