Installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services for lab instruments Collaborating closely with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and ensure seamless integration of services Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers in your assigned territory Assisting service sales to win more service orders and contribute to our ambitious growth targets Actively contributing to projects that aim to improve work quality and efficiency Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Science, Bioengineering, Machinery, Electronics, Chemistry, or Pharmacy Minimum of 3 years' confirmed experience in field service Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure Willingness and ability to travel extensively Proficiency in written and spoken English
