QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT任职资格要求
1. Junior college Degree or above.
大专及以上学历，应届生优先。
2. Majored in mechanical engineering or material science would be a plus.
主修机械工程或金属材料学。
3. Prefer fluent in both written and oral Chinese and English.
具备良好的中英文说、写能力。
4. Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure.
沟通能力佳，抗压能力强。
5. Excellent computing skills including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
电脑操作熟练，精通办公软件的实际应用（Excel, PowerPoint, Word）。


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING工作职责包括但不限于如下所列
1. Assist the Quality Manager to handle laboratory work and improve test lab capability.
协助质量经理处理实验室工作并提升实验室测试能力。
2. Collect and deep dive applicable Gasket related national and international standards.
收集和深潜学习适用的垫片国际和国内标准。
3. Support new Gasket design versus customers` requirement through testing result optimization.
通过优化测试结果支持针对客户特定需求的新产品开发。
4. Work out routine gasket quality test plan and implement test plan to monitor and improve Gasket quality.
制定并执行垫片测试计划以监测和提升垫片品质。
5. Investigate customer complaints and process quality issues, ensuring the implementation of corrective actions for continuous improvement.
负责调查客诉和工艺质量问题，并确保改善措施得到有效执行以达到持续改善。
6. Drive and Execute QHSE procedures.
推动和执行公司规定的QHSE程序。
7. Perform any other reasonable or related work assignments from the supervisor or manager.
执行公司领导布置的其他合理或相关的工作任务。
