1. Teaching of defined learning content, structures and objectives, aligned with the company's processes and the training framework plan
2. Implementation of training courses, exercises, practice projects and learning objective checks
3. Provision of tools and methods for apprentices to develop learning content independently
4. Ensuring that the defined training content is taught by the specialist departments or the training officers
5. Communicating the Endress+Hauser culture and deriving measures for the personal development of trainees
6. Assessing, documenting and promoting the professional and personal development of trainees
7. Participation in or management of projects in the respective training area in coordination with the supervisor
8. Participation in the selection of apprentices in cooperation with the training coordinator and supervisors
9. Carrying out special campaigns and process-related tasks, such as operating orders, to convey an understanding of the process
10. Ensuring the operational readiness of machines and tools in the training workshop and assisting in the selection of new systems and equipment
11. Representing Endress+Hauser at internal and external events in the training environment, such as career information days
12. Conception of training courses including the preparation of training documents and their implementation as part of personnel development measures in coordination with the supervisor
13. Participation in bodies and committees in the training environment
Requirements :
1.Associate degree or above, majoring in Science and Engineering related subjects
2.Ability to support the company to establish dual education center from 0 to 100%, including the knowledge of the training system and coaching students, technical knowledge is must
3.Ability to communicate in oral and written English
4.With minimum 3 -5 years’ specialized vocational training experience
5.Willing to have the business trip between companies (Shanghai, Suzhou or Headquarter training center) and school 6.Strong sense of responsibility and empathy, desire to grow up together with students
