Essential Duties: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy for DKU. 2. Create and update DKU branding policies and guidelines and ensure overall consistency in design look and feel across all media and merchandise materials. 3. Ensure all design materials (such as banners, posters and publications) align with the university’s visual identity and messaging. Update branding materials, including logos, mascot, brochures, videos, photos, posters, merchandise, virtual tours and other creative assets. Review and approve all branded items such as university brochures, banners, and merchandise. 4. Optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, web visual UI, and navigation structure. Collaborate with higher education media channels to conduct digital marketing campaigns. 5. Identify/review opportunities for cross-branding campaigns. Design and drive co-branded campaigns and events, e.g., partnerships, forums, conferences and campaigns in an integrated way that ensures that the who is greater than the sum of the parts. 6. Train and upskill colleagues throughout the university. 7. Perform other duties as assigned. 8. University employees' job responsibilities will continue to expand in scope and depth as the University grows in size and complexity in its programs. Required Qualifications: 1. Minimum of six years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns and teams. Experience in agencies or in-house would both be desirable. 2. Bachelor’s degree or above. 3. Fluency in both written and oral English and Chinese is required. 4. Strong project management and communication skills and a solid understanding of branding and digital marketing. 5. A team player who can also mobilize and lead a team. 6.
