1. Accountable for quality management of Luhta Sportswear Company following global products instructions, company working process, industry07s general quality system standards, 2. Practical knowledge of factory audits, implementation of process and improvement 3. Quality SOP streamline, optimize the quality control and quality assurance process to enhance makers quality awareness, escalate makers overall performance and meet the quality assurance evaluation; familiar resource in China and South East Asia is a plus 4. Set-up quality training system for both factories and QC team externally and internally. Training will cover all quality relative topics such as AQL sampling plan, Inspection procedure, HTM, POM & Tolerance etc. 5. Self-driven with strong learning ability, committed to ensure quality processes / standards and requirements are communicated and understood. 6. Build and maintain professional relationships with cross functions/departments and external parties. On site and time quality trouble shooting and improvement of quality controlling system to minimize products risks 7. Strong supervising and leadership skills, ensure products meet required quality standard 8. On time operational management, performance management and timely submit reports and analysis. 9. Customer complaint responses and analyses 10. Other jobs assigned by immediate manager. Qualification: 1) Education: A bachelor’s degree in fashion, textiles, or related 2) 10+years working experience in textile area for quality standards on EU market, local market requirements are an additional + 3) Familiar with industry quality standards and regulation and production process of apparel, fabric, home textile and accessories 4) Over 5 years on quality controlling management role; 5) Familiar with concepts of compliance and sustainability 6) Strong communication skill and problem solving 7) Ability to travel as business demand 8) Fluent in spoken and written English
