1. Responsible for the assembly, debugging, and internal inspection of WAC manufacturing machines (AD&TD) 负责WAC制造设备(AD&TD)的组装、调试和内部检验
2. Responsible for on-site installation, debugging, trial operation, training, and accompanying production tasks agreed upon by both parties after machine delivery负责机器交付后双方约定的现场安装、调试、试运行、培训及配套生产任务
3. Responsible for summarizing the engineering technology and quality original records of project machines 负责汇总工程机械的工程技术和质量原始记录
Job requirements
1. Major in Mechanical Manufacturing and Electrical Automation机械制造或者电子自动化专业
2. Able to understand Solidwork mechanical drawings能看懂Solidwork机械图纸
3. Familiar with conventional assembly and testing processes, understand the working principles of components such as cylinders, guide rails, sensors, photoelectric switches, proximity switches, solenoid valves, motors, servo controllers, encoders, etc., and proficiently master assembly and debugging methods 熟悉常规装配和测试流程，了解气缸、导轨、传感器、光电开关、接近开关、电磁阀、电机、伺服控制器、编码器等元器件的工作原理，熟练掌握装配和调试方法
4. Strong hands-on ability, able to use commonly used assembly tools, and able to easily use milling machines 动手能力强，能使用常用的装配工具，并能熟练使用铣床
5. Understand simple PLC control principles, be able to read wiring diagrams, and be familiar with the internal and external wiring of distribution cabinets了解简单的PLC控制原理，能看懂接线图，熟悉配电柜内外接线
6. Able to complete mechanical and electrical installation according to mechanical and electrical drawings能根据机电图纸完成机电安装
7. Able to debug the machine according to the debugging requirements provided by the engineer and provide feedback on any issues found能够根据工程师提供的调试要求调试机器，并对发现的问题提供反馈
8. Solve general technical and debugging issues during assembly and debugging, and promptly summarize and provide feedback解决组装调试过程中出现的一般性技术和调试问题，并及时总结和反馈
9. Serious and responsible in work, with certain communication and coordination skills工作认真负责，有一定的沟通协调能力
