Provide service for the customers through coordinating with related departments to ensure the implementation of customer orders and delivery on time resulting in increased customer satisfaction. 通过协调相关部门为客户提供服务,确保客户订单的执行和准时交货,提高客户满意度。 2. Monitor customer forecast and regularly maintain data in ERP system, Coordinate with purchasing dept to do well in material planning. 监控客户预测并定期在ERP系统中维护数据,协调采购部门做好物料计划。 3.Customer order receiving and key in system to ensure data accuracy. 接收客户订单并录入系统,确保数据的准确性。 4.Confirm order schedule with planner and feedback to customer. 与计划人员确认订单进度并反馈给客户。 5.Arrange shipment as customer requirements. 按客户要求安排发货。 6.Finish Goods monitor e.g. Stock build planning, Stock delivery planning etc. 成品监控,如库存建立计划,库存交付计划等。 7.Customer payment check regularly. 定期核对客户付款。 8.Handling new inquiries either from External Sales or from customers. 处理来自外部销售或客户的新询价。 9.Sample check and process correctly. 样品检查和正确处理。 10.Other work assigned b y superior. 上级安排的其它工作。 Experience and Skill: (经验要求) 1.At least 4 year experience in customer service dept or related dept 4年以上客户服务或相关部门工作经验 2.Familiarity with order processing and customer forecast analysis operations 熟悉订单处理和客户预测分析操作 Personality and Competency:(个人能力) 1.Good communication skills 良好的沟通技巧 2.PC and ERP system literate 熟悉PC和ERP系统 3.Customer orientated 以客户为导向 4.Good team work skills 良好的团队合作能力 5.Good English, both written and spoken 良好的英语读写能力
