Position Summary 岗位综述
As a technical lead to answer technical questions, find solutions for the customers, as well as liaison with R&D and BLM colleagues out of Asia

85 Act as the primary technical contact for key customers, introducing new products, addressing inquire, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely and effective solutions.

85 Technical Liaison for cross-function teams, like Innovation and Technology, Business Line Management, Sales, Quality, and Production to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize product performance.
作为技术沟通的桥梁，和总部工业部的创新研发部门、产品管理部门保持联络并沟通相关信息。
85 Responsible for team management including people recognition, assessment and training.

85 Follow up and analyze the new technology and new product in relevant field to understand the
up-to-date technology and market.

85 Accompany APAC Sales team members to support when necessary for non-Suzhou products across the APAC region.

Job Requirements岗位要求
85 More than 10 years proven working experience in manufacturing production in ceramic material R&D and applications.
10年以上制造业陶瓷材料研发和应用管理经验
85 In-depth knowledge of ceramics on application and technology especially the structure ceramics and electronic ceramics development as well as Industrialization; Familiar with the forming process of ceramics, including formula design, powder treatment, forming and sintering; Understanding the production process.
深厚的陶瓷应用及技术知识，对结构陶瓷、电子陶瓷、薄膜印刷、压电陶瓷的研发和产业化有深入分析和研究；熟悉陶瓷成型工艺，具备从配方设计、粉体处理、成型烧结全流程作业；
85 Master and above of materials science or above, familiar with ceramic material specialty (Ph.D. preferred)

85 Speaking and writing fluent English

85 Tam leader experience, project management experience.
