Job Responsiblities :
61Develop, implement, manage and review the company's IT strategy in line with organizational values, business objectives and priorities
61Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, and software applications. Maintain strong knowledge of emerging external trends in IT technology solutions. Innovation oriented.
61Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
61Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the company's data and IT assets. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices (ISO27001).
61Manage the IT team to drive engagement and individual’s development, performance management, teamwork.
61Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
61Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
61Prepare and manage the IT department’s budget.
Qualifications:
61Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
61Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably within an industrial and international company.
61Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, applications, cloud applications, ERP systems, manufacturing software
61Benchmarking skills and identifies best practice and knowledge of the IT landscape organizations in electronic manufacturing industries.
61Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams.
61In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools and practices.
