Job responsibilities /岗位职责：
1.Work Carrier tape,Reel product,Tray product and other injection molding product proposal drawing according to the request from marketing team
根据市场部门提出的要求制作载带、卷盘、Tray盘及其他注塑产品的方案图
2.For new project, after proposal drawing confirmed by customer, need to follow up tooling fabrication till FA sample submitted to customer and qualified by customer
针对新项目，客户确认方案图后，需要跟进模具的加工，直到首件样品通过客户的认证
3.Support marketing team to solve technical problems that encountered by customers, the problems are related to product design
协助市场部门解决客户遇到的产品设计方面技术上的问题
4.Support operation team to solve technical problems that encountered by production line, the problems are related to product degisn
协助运营部门解决生产线遇到的因为产品设计方面产生的技术上的问题
5.Manage existing mold&tooling fabrication vendor, improve mold& tooling fabrication leadtime
管理当前模具和备件加工供应商，改善模具和备件加工周期
6.Mold&tooling fabrication cost management and control
模具和备件加工成本管理和管控
7.Mold&tooling management related document control
模具及备件管理相关的文件管控
8.Mold inventory list maintenance
模具库存清单的维护
9.Mold inventory control
模具库存管控
10.Other assigned tasks by supervisor;
主管交代的其他任务；

Job requirements/岗位要求:
1.College or above degree, major in mechanical and electrical preferred;
大专或以上学历，机电专业优先；
2.Be fimilar with solidworks software
熟悉Solidworks 画图软件
3.Good ability to read and write in English;
良好的英语读写能力；
4.Good communication skills
良好的沟通技能
5.Good computer skills(MS office);
良好的计算机技能(MS office)；
6.Good team work ability；
良好的团队合作能力；
7.Min. 2years of experience in Semiconductor or related industries (preferred)
最少两年的半导体及相关行业的经验(优选的）；
8.General problem-solving skills；
综合的问题解决能力；
